Returns Policy

You can return any unworn and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • Eligibility for Returns:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All tags must remain attached.
  • Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

How to Return an Item

2. Prepare Your Package:

Repack the item(s) securely, including all original packaging and labels. We recommend using the original shipping box.

3. Shipping Your Return:

  • Ship the return via a secure courier service of your choice (e.g., UPS, Meest Express, or Nova Poshta).
  • Be sure to include the invoice received with your order inside the package.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return process above and specify that you would like an exchange. We will process your exchange once we have received and inspected the original item.

  • Important: Exchange requests are subject to item availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or we made an error with your order.
