HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Choose your preferred color and size. Click “ADD TO BAG”. Review and update your cart if needed. Click “CHECKOUT” when ready. Select a payment method and enter your delivery details. Make sure all information is correct, then click “PAY NOW.”
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
Click “JOIN THE WAITLIST” on the product page. You will receive an email as soon as the item is back in stock.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEMS?
Care instructions are provided on the label of each garment. To maintain quality and appearance, we recommend delicate dry cleaning. Light-colored items should be stored separately in the branded packaging to prevent stains and color transfer.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express, UPS, Meest Express, and Nova Poshta. Delivery times vary by destination, usually 4–10 business days. Enjoy free shipping on orders over €1000.
HOW DO I FIND MY PERFECT SIZE?
Measure your bust, waist, and hips using a measuring tape over underwear or fitted clothing. Compare your measurements with our size chart here:
HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
You may return an item within 14 days of receipt, except for lingerie (bodysuits, corsets, and garments with integrated lingerie). Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Used, worn, washed, or damaged items are not eligible for return. Please use the original packaging when returning the item. You may return any item within 14 days of delivery.
RETURN PROCESS:
Email us at info@ciseles.com to receive a return label. Include the invoice (received with your order) inside the package. Drop off the parcel at the assigned drop-off point.
IF YOU ARE USING YOUR OWN COURIER:
Notify us at info@ciseles.com and include your order number. Attach the invoice. Ship using a secure service to:
