Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. Processing time may be longer for made-to-measure pieces, as these garments are produced according to the client’s individual measurements.
Shipping & Delivery:
Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days depending on the destination. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over €1000, both within Ukraine and internationally.

Taxes & Duties:
All prices shown on our website are exclusive of import duties and taxes. Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means your shipment may be subject to customs duties, taxes and handling fees upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. CISELÉS cannot estimate these fees and is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs procedures.
Returns:
Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To request a return, please email info@ciseles.com. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund, including orders over €1000.
Damaged or incorrect items:
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us promptly so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Non-returnable items:
We are unable to accept returns for made-to-measure pieces, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges:
If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
