You can return or exchange an item within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date you received your order. Returns/exchanges are handled via the Nova Poshta delivery service.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE POSSIBLE UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

The item was purchased in the online store ciseles.com
(if you purchased the item offline at TSUM, the return must be made at the pickup point, i.e., TSUM). -
No more than 14 calendar days have passed since you received your order.

You have proof of payment for the item and delivery.

The returned item must be in perfect, sellable condition with no signs of use (tags, labels, etc. must be intact).

The buyer covers all shipping costs associated with returning/exchanging an item of proper quality.
-
Exchanges are possible only for items of the same value.

Returns and exchanges are available throughout Ukraine, except for Crimea, occupied territories, and active combat zones.

The seller has the right to refuse the return of certain non-returnable items as defined by Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” and the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172 dated March 19, 1992.
Please note: the return/exchange form is printed on the receipt included with every order. If you did not receive or lost your receipt, contact your manager to request a new form.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:
According to the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172 (March 19, 1994), the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Corsets and corset-based products

Bodysuits and garments with built-in underwear
REQUIREMENTS FOR ITEMS BEING RETURNED:

The item must not have been worn (including for photoshoots or video recording) and must retain its original appearance.

The item must not have been washed.
-
The item must be free of any stains / makeup / pet hair / perfume scent, etc.
-
All labels, stickers, and tags must be present and not detached.
-
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
If any of the above conditions are not met, the item cannot be returned or exchanged. Such items will be shipped back to the Buyer at their own cost.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

Make sure the item qualifies for return according to the rules above.

Pack the item in its original packaging.

When shipping a return/exchange, declare the full value of the item as listed on the receipt
— postal services only compensate the declared value in case of loss or damage. -
Fill out the return/exchange form:

Specify the item (size, color), and the item you want in exchange (if applicable).

For returns, provide your passport details (series, number, issuing authority), the reason for return, and check the box next to the returned item.

If you paid via bank transfer, provide your Tax ID, IBAN, and card number for the refund.

Add the date and your signature.

REFUNDS:

After receiving the returned item and confirming it meets all requirements, we will process your refund.

If the payment was made through LiqPay, the funds will be automatically returned to the card used during checkout.

Otherwise, refunds are issued to the Buyer’s bank card (IBAN and card number provided in the return form) within up to 7 business days from the moment the Seller receives the returned item.
Please note:

Delivery costs are not refundable.
-
If you paid customs fees/taxes upon receiving the item, these fees cannot be refunded.
